Forgot Password

Can’t log in to your account or access your Thunder Rewards? It happens. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can get back in quickly and securely with a few straightforward steps. Follow the process below to restore access, protect your account, and make sure you don’t miss time-sensitive offers.

Quick reset — step-by-step

Start at the Forgot Password page and follow the prompts tied to your registered email address. Typical steps include:

• Enter your account email, then click the reset link sent to that address.
• Open the email and click the reset link within the time window, then choose a strong new password.
• Sign back in with your new password, and update stored credentials on your devices.

Make sure you use the email tied to your Thunder Valley Casino account, and check for typos when submitting the form. If your account is linked to a Thunder Rewards Card, use the same email you used when signing up for rewards.

If the reset email doesn’t appear

If you don’t see the reset message within 15 minutes, try these checks before reaching out:

• Look in your spam, junk, or “Promotions” folders.
• Search your inbox for “Thunder Valley Casino” or “password reset.”
• Add support@thundervalleycasino.us.com to your safe senders list, then request another reset.

If the link has expired or the message never arrives after several attempts, contact support with the email tied to your account and any relevant account details to speed verification.

Simple security practices to keep your account safe

Protecting your account prevents unauthorized access and preserves eligibility for bonuses:

• Use a unique password of at least eight characters with upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and a symbol.
• Store passwords in a password manager rather than reusing them across sites.
• Avoid logging in on public or unsecured Wi-Fi, and sign out on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if your account settings offer it.

These steps reduce the chance of lockouts and help you claim rewards without interruption.

Why regaining access matters for rewards and promos

You need account access to claim and manage offers, including welcome and loyalty benefits. Examples tied to Thunder Valley Casino include the Thunder Rewards Sign-Up Bonus — $5 to $500 in free slot play for eligible players who sign up for a Thunder Rewards Card — and the $1,000,000 Aqua Adventure Pontoon Giveaway listed in the welcome bonuses. Some offers require you to be 21 years of age or older, and are limited to players in California, United States. Always read the terms and conditions for each promotion before opting in.
